What if there was a direct way you could change your negative emotions and behaviors and develop a sense of calm and well-being instead? In this episode of The Spark, H.H. Bhavna Shinde teaches us about the powerful practices that can influence our subconscious mind and cultivate resiliency and joy in our lives.

Her Holiness Bhavana Shinde is a Computer Engineer from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Miami. She started her spiritual practice in USA in 1999 under the guidance of His Holiness Dr. Jayant Athavale, the founder of the Maharshi University of Spirituality and the inspiration of the Spiritual Science Research Foundation. The subconscious techniques she learned at SSRF helped her face life’s challenges successfully. It helped her gain deeper insights into guiding others in their life's journeys. In January 2015 she reached Sainthood.
