Hey Girl! You’re listening to episode number 73! Finding Your Identity and Becoming Your Truest Self

In this episode I get to chat with Robin Pantusa. Robin was
born and raised in beautiful Colorado. Gymnastics was her identity for 17
years. After making the choice to move on from the sport following a series of
significant knee surgeries, a new journey began of finding who she was outside
of gymnastics. Finding her true identity.

Robin lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her husband
of 15 years and their 3 beautiful children. She earned her bachelors degree in
Psychology and Elementary Education, followed by a masters degree in
Educational Leadership. Robin taught kindergarten and first grade for 10 years
before making the choice to stay home and care for her children.

She enjoys the peace found in practicing yoga, the beauty of
the Rocky Mountains and the laughter of dance parties with her family. Robin
finds life in honest and vulnerable conversations and in partnership of writing
with her Father.

This episode will touch you in a deep way! It’s all about
healing and digging into your truest self. Robin is vulnerable and shares her
hardest moments with us and how she continues to heal and keep moving forward. There
are so many beautiful nuggets of wisdom though out and I can’t wait for you to
hear them!
